Bahlul SI, on your own server
Ask your documents. In Bangla. On your own server.
Bahlul SI is Super Intelligence (SI) on a server you own: a private assistant that answers questions from your own documents, in Bangla and English, and shows the page each answer came from. It keeps working when the internet is down, and your data stays in Bangladesh.

The situation
Your answers are in your documents. Finding them is the job.
Your staff work from circulars, SOPs, policy wordings, handbooks and forms, in Bangla and English, often scanned. The right page sits in a folder someone else keeps, so people phone the one colleague who knows. The answer depends on who picks up.
Public AI tools are not the fix most organisations can use. A file pasted into one goes to a server abroad. Bangladesh Bank's cloud guideline keeps customers' financial data out of cross-border clouds without its prior approval, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2026 adds duties for everyone else. The tools are priced per user in dollars, and nobody has measured how well they read your scanned Bangla circulars.
Bahlul SI is built for this. One GPU server in your building holds a search index of your own documents. Staff ask in plain Bangla or English, mixed if they like, and get the answer with the document and page it came from. If the answer is not there, it says so. Every question is logged. Nothing leaves the building unless you decide it should.
The five steps
Start small. Prove it. Own it.
Five steps, each priced in taka before it starts. Begin with a briefing, prove it on your own documents in three weeks, then own the server. Run it yourself or have us run it, and scale when you are ready.
- A half-day session for your leaders, with Bahlul SI answering from your own sample documents.
- Plain answers on what SI can and cannot do, what it costs and where your data stays.
- About 200 test questions built from your own documents, scored by two native Bangla reviewers.
- A pass mark you approve, the server sized for your users, and a business case for the next step.
- We install Bahlul SI on a server you buy, connect your documents and link permissions to your staff accounts.
- It goes live only when it passes the test you agreed. Your IT team is trained, with written procedures.
- SI support if your IT team runs the server: monitoring, tested updates, a monthly health check and a help desk.
- Managed SI operations if you would rather we run it, with a monthly Bangla re-test.
- Several workflows, sites or system connections, built and tested in ten to twelve weeks.
- Citizen and customer service by chat and voice in Bangla, or forms and files read into your systems.
Proposed 2027 prices, before VAT. Every price is fixed in writing before work starts.
What it does
One private assistant for your organisation's documents
Staff ask in plain Bangla or English. Bahlul SI answers from your policies, SOPs, circulars, contracts, product files and forms.
Ask in Bangla or English
Type a question the way you speak. Mixed Bangla and English is fine, and so is Bangla typed in Latin letters.
Every answer shows its source
Each answer names the document and the page it came from, so anyone can open it and check.
Only what each person may open
Answers come only from files the person asking is allowed to open. Permissions follow your existing staff accounts.
Says when the answer is not there
When your documents do not hold the answer, it says so instead of guessing.
What stays with a person
It can give a wrong answer. The design assumes it.
Bahlul SI finds, answers, summarises and shows the source. It does not decide. Every answer carries the page it came from, so the reader can check it in seconds, and a named person at your organisation approves anything that matters: what a customer is told, what goes to a regulator, what changes a record. Before go-live it is tested in Bangla on your own documents against a pass mark you approve, and we publish no accuracy figure that your own test has not produced.
Where it sits
One server, in your building, between your people and your documents
Sectors
The best first SI use, sector by sector
Start where the pain is sharpest: one workflow, one safeguard, one price. Each page shows the five document-heavy operations of its sector and what a person still approves.
Circulars and product rules
Banks and finance
Branch and compliance staff get the circular number and page in seconds, on a server inside the bank, where customer data must stay.
Policy wordings and claims guides
Insurance
Underwriters, claims staff and agents find the exact clause and the next claims step, with the clause number shown.
Acts, rules and circulars
Government and regulators
Officials ask in Bangla and get the act, rule or circular behind each answer, on a server the office owns. No citizen data in phase 1.
SOPs and forms
Hospitals and clinics
Nurses and admin staff find the right SOP, form or rule. Not for diagnosis, and no patient records in phase 1.
SOPs and quality records
Pharmaceuticals
Plant staff find the current SOP, specification or quality record with its page, for audits and document control.
Handbooks and donor rules
Universities and NGOs
Students, staff and field offices get answers on admissions, rules, fees and programme manuals, with the page shown.
Buyer questionnaires
Garments and textiles
Compliance teams draft answers to brands' questionnaires from certificates, audit reports and past replies; the manager approves each one.
Group policies and SOPs
Business groups and manufacturing
One place to ask about HR, purchase and IT policies across the group's companies; each company sees only its own documents.
What you can hold us to
Three promises, written into every agreement
Start small
A price in taka, fixed before we start
Every step has a price in taka, fixed in writing before work starts, with no per-user fees that grow as more staff use SI. Each step stands on its own: stop after any step and keep what you paid for.
Find your first step
Which documents does your team search most?
Pick the documents, your sector and your role, and see which step and which price fit. Or skip it and tell us on the first call, which is free.
Where we stand
The company is new. Here is what that means.
Bahlul World is being set up in Dhaka. Company registration is in progress, and the prices on this site are proposals for 2027, before VAT. It has no clients to name yet, and no Bahlul SI server is installed anywhere yet. The case studies are reference designs, each built on a published project by someone else, and they say so.
When the company has clients, a client's name will appear here only with that client's written agreement. Until then, judge us on what you can check: the prices, the test method, and a live demo on your own documents.
Bring one workflow and ten documents
The first call is free, in Bangla or English. Tell us which documents your team searches most, and we will say whether Bahlul SI fits and what the first step costs.
