One place to ask about group policies, SOPs and approval limits.

Super Intelligence (SI) on one server in the group's own building: staff in every company ask in Bangla or English and get the answer with the manual and page it came from. Start in one company, prove it in three weeks, then repeat the set-up in the next.

A policy question from any group company is answered from the current manual; group HR confirms anything that changes what a person is told.

The operating reality

Twelve companies, one question

A business group runs many companies on shared policies: HR manuals, procurement rules, approval limits, finance procedures, IT policies and plant SOPs. They differ from one company to the next, they change without everyone hearing, and staff end up asking head office by phone. Manufacturers add quality manuals, work instructions and machine manuals, often as scanned pages in mixed Bangla and English.

Staff, customer, dealer and supplier data across the group fall under the Personal Data Protection Act 2026, and a listed company carries disclosure duties on top. Multinational subsidiaries follow global vendor lists and group rules on AI tools, and head office often restricts local systems. Bahlul SI fits that rule rather than fighting it: it runs on the company's own server, shows the source page and the log, and the group's reviewers approve the pass mark before it goes live.

Start with the Team or Department configuration in one company. A set-up that passes its test there is repeated in the next, and a group-wide Company configuration, two 96 GB cards for 1,000 or more users, comes once the first has passed. Each step has a fixed price in taka, with no per-user fee as more companies join.

The five operations

1

Group policies, purchase rules and approval limits

The sentence we hear

“What is the approval limit for this purchase in this company, and which version of the rule applies?”

The problem

HR manuals, procurement rules, SOPs and delegation-of-authority tables sit in shared drives by company, with head office holding the master. A manager in one company asks a colleague, the colleague asks head office, and the answer depends on who picks up and which version they have open.

What changes
  • Each company's manuals are loaded separately, with the group master marked, so an answer names the company, the manual and the page.
  • Staff ask in Bangla or English, mixed included, and see only their own company's documents unless the group decides otherwise.
  • When a policy changes, the new version is loaded and the test questions for that policy are run again.
  • When the manuals do not hold the answer, it says so, and the question is logged for group HR.
What stays with a person
Group HR approves the content, and a named officer in each company confirms any answer that changes what a person is told or paid.
The result
One sourced answer across the group, and fewer calls to head office.
A manager in any company gets the clause from that company's current manual, with its page; group HR confirms anything that changes what staff are told.
Start withSI briefing for the group, BDT 1 lakh, then a three-week SI proof on one company's manuals, BDT 5.5 lakh.

Plant SOPs and quality documents on the floor

The sentence we hear

“The line supervisor needs the work instruction for this machine, in Bangla, and the binder is in the office.”

The problem

Work instructions, quality manuals, machine manuals, safety procedures and change notes live in binders and PDFs, many scanned, many in English for a floor that works in Bangla. Supervisors ask the shift engineer, and the shift engineer answers from memory.

What changes
  • Work instructions, quality manuals and safety procedures are loaded by machine and line, scanned pages included.
  • A supervisor asks in Bangla from a tablet on the plant network, with or without internet, and gets the instruction and its page.
  • Scanned pages with broken letters are part of the test set, so the proof shows what the server can and cannot read.
  • Each answer is logged, which supports the quality system's record of what instruction was in force.
What stays with a person
The plant quality head approves every source and confirms any change to how a job is done.
The result
The current instruction on the floor, in Bangla, with its page, from a server in the plant.
A supervisor gets the current work instruction with its page on a tablet on the plant network; the quality head confirms any change to how a job is done.
Start withSI proof on one line's SOPs and manuals, BDT 5.5 lakh, with an SI team workshop for supervisors, BDT 1.5 lakh a day.

Supplier contracts and procurement files

The sentence we hear

“Which clause covers late delivery in this supplier's contract, and what did we agree last time?”

The problem

Supplier contracts, tender terms, purchase orders and procurement rules sit with legal, procurement and finance in three different filing systems. A dispute or a renewal starts with a search for the signed copy and the clause.

What changes
  • Signed contracts, tender terms and procurement rules are loaded, with access limited to the procurement, legal and finance roles that may open them.
  • Staff ask about a supplier, a clause or a limit and get the contract and the page.
  • A question about a contract the person may not open is refused, and the refusal is logged.
  • The first phase holds commercial documents, not the personal data of suppliers' staff.
What stays with a person
The head of procurement or the legal team confirms before a supplier is told anything that relies on the answer.
The result
The clause with its page, found by the people allowed to see it.
A contract question is answered from the signed copy with its page; the head of procurement or legal confirms before anything is said to a supplier.
Start withSI proof on 100 supplier contracts and the procurement manual, BDT 5.5 lakh.

Dealer and distributor terms for the sales office

The sentence we hear

“The distributor asks whether the scheme applies to this product this month, and the circular is in someone's inbox.”

The problem

An FMCG or consumer-goods company sends price circulars, trade schemes, credit terms, return policies and product specifications to hundreds of dealers and a sales force across the country. The sales office answers by phone from a stack of circulars, and two territories give two answers.

What changes
  • Price circulars, scheme rules, credit and return policies and product specifications are loaded with their dates and territories.
  • Sales officers ask in Bangla and get the circular, the clause and the date, from the head office server or a regional office.
  • Superseded circulars are retired from the index so the answer is the current one.
  • In a later phase, dealers' routine questions can be answered by chat in Bangla, handing over to a person.
What stays with a person
The sales head confirms before a dealer is told a price, a scheme or a credit term.
The result
The same current circular behind every answer, in every territory.
A scheme or price question is answered from the current circular with its date; the sales head confirms before a dealer is told.
Start withSI proof on a year of circulars and schemes, BDT 5.5 lakh; dealer chat in Bangla later as an SI pilot, from BDT 32 lakh.

Data and security evidence across the group

The sentence we hear

“Head office wants one register of what each company holds, and the auditors want evidence, not a policy.”

The problem

Staff, customer, dealer and supplier data sit in payroll, sales and accounting systems and spreadsheets across companies. The Personal Data Protection Act 2026 asks each company for a register, notices, security measures and a breach procedure, and a multinational's head office asks for local evidence against its global policies. The SI server is one more system that must fit the register.

What changes
  • One data inventory per company, rolled up to a group register, with classes, owners and who may see what.
  • Policies, notices and a breach procedure in Bangla and English, reviewed by a partner law firm.
  • A cyber readiness and evidence pack gives head office local evidence against its own standards, and the new SI server gets a penetration test by a certified testing firm before go-live.
  • The register decides which document sets SI may read in each company.
What stays with a person
The group's Chief Data Officer, where the Act requires one, or the group CFO signs the register; the Head of IT signs the evidence pack.
The result
A register per company, local evidence head office accepts, and a tested server.
The readiness package lists what each company holds and gathers the evidence; the group's Chief Data Officer or finance head signs it.
Start withData protection readiness package, six weeks, BDT 9.5 lakh; cyber readiness and evidence pack, BDT 9 lakh; penetration test with a certified testing firm, BDT 4.5 lakh a test.

FAQ

Questions we are asked

Can each company see only its own documents?

Yes. Permissions are linked to each company's existing staff accounts, and a person sees only what their role in their company allows. The group decides what is shared.

Our head office restricts local AI tools. Does this fit?

It runs on your own server in Bangladesh, every answer shows its source, and the log shows who asked what. The test set and the pass mark can go to the group's reviewers for approval before go-live.

Our IT team builds things itself. Will they run it?

Yes. The set-up ends with training and written procedures so your team runs the server, and SI support at BDT 90,000 a month backs them up. If you would rather we run it, managed SI operations is BDT 1.8 lakh a month.
