Privacy notice
This website keeps nothing about you.
Bahlul World sells Super Intelligence (SI) that keeps your data on your own server, so this website is built the same way: no cookies, no analytics and no contact forms. This notice says what that means in practice.
What this site collects
Nothing, by design
These pages are plain files. They set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and load no trackers. There are no contact forms, no sign-up and no newsletter, so nothing you type here is sent to us or to anyone else. The language switch and the small interactive pieces, such as the step finder, run in your browser and send nothing anywhere.
Like any website, the service that hosts these pages may keep short-lived server logs for security, such as the time of a request and the address it came from. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.
When you email us
What we keep, and for how long
If you write to us, we hold your name, your email address and what you wrote, and use them only to answer you and to arrange the call or briefing you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs, and delete it when you ask.
Sample documents you send for a demo are used only for that demo, by people in Bangladesh, and deleted when you ask. We ask for documents that are not confidential, and we say so before every briefing.
The law
The Personal Data Protection Act 2026
The Personal Data Protection Act 2026 (Act 63 of 2026) gives you rights over personal data an organisation holds about you: to know what is held, to have it corrected or erased, to take a copy, and to withdraw consent. The regulator is the National Data Management Authority; the rules under the Act were still being issued when this notice was written. To use any of those rights with us, email us, and we answer within the time the Act sets.
A lawyer will review this notice before the company is registered, and it will be updated when the rules under the Act are issued.

The same rule applies to your documents
Bahlul SI keeps your data on your own server, in Bangladesh, with a log of who asked what. Read how it is designed.
