The product · Bahlul SI
Ask your documents. In Bangla. On your own server.
Bahlul SI is Super Intelligence (SI) on a server you own: a private assistant that answers questions from your own documents, in Bangla and English, and shows the page each answer came from. It keeps working when the internet is down, and your data stays in Bangladesh.
Your situation
Where the answers are today
Your policies, circulars, SOPs, contracts and forms sit on shared drives, in email and on paper. Some are scanned. Some are in Bangla, some in English, many in both. When a member of staff needs the rule for today's case, they ask a colleague, and the answer depends on who picks up the phone.
Public AI tools can read a document, but a file pasted into one goes to a server abroad. For a bank, a hospital or a ministry that is often not allowed. The tools charge per user, in dollars, and stop when the internet does.
Bahlul SI is built for these conditions: one server in your building, fixed prices in taka, Bangla and English together, scanned pages included, and a machine that keeps answering through a power cut.
What it does
Six things it does, and shows
Staff ask in plain Bangla or English. Bahlul SI answers from your policies, SOPs, circulars, contracts, product files and forms.
Ask in Bangla or English
Type a question the way you speak. Mixed Bangla and English is fine, and so is Bangla typed in Latin letters.
Every answer shows its source
Each answer names the document and the page, so anyone can open the page and check it.
Only what each person may open
Answers come only from files the person asking is allowed to open. Permissions follow your existing staff accounts.
Says when the answer is not there
When your documents do not hold the answer, it says so and points to the office that can help. It does not guess.
A log of who asked what
Every question is logged with the user, the time, the sources used and the model version. The log stays on your server.
Works without internet
It runs on one GPU server in your office or a Bangladesh data centre, and keeps working when the internet is down.

Three SI patterns
Documents answered is the core; two more patterns run on the same server
Every server starts with ask-your-documents. The other two patterns are usually added through an SI pilot, and each is tested in Bangla before it goes live.
Pattern 1
Documents answered
Staff ask about policies, circulars, SOPs, contracts and product files and get the answer with its page. In every release and every SI proof.
Pattern 2
Citizen and customer service by chat and voice in Bangla
A chat window or a phone line answers inside approved topics and hands over to a person when it should. Voice goes live only where Bangla speech passes the test bench, which adds speech tests in February 2028.
Pattern 3
Forms and files read into systems
Scanned forms and files are read, the fields checked and the results passed to your system. A person checks the fields that matter and every field the system is unsure of.
What stays with a person
It can be wrong, so a person decides
Bahlul SI answers, finds, drafts, checks and summarises. It can give a wrong answer. That is why every answer shows its source, why it is tested on your documents before go-live, and why a named person at your organisation approves anything that matters: the documents it may read, who may see them, the pass mark, go-live and every change of model. The officer who was responsible for a rule yesterday is still responsible tomorrow; Bahlul SI gets them to the right page faster.
The five steps
Start small. Prove it. Own it.
Each step has a fixed price in taka, agreed in writing before it starts. Stop after any step and keep what you paid for. Proposed 2027 prices, before VAT.
- A session for your leaders, with Bahlul SI answering live from your own sample documents.
- Plain answers on what SI can and cannot do, what it costs and where your data stays.
- Together we choose the first workflow to prove.
- About 200 test questions from your documents, scored by two native Bangla reviewers against a pass mark you approve.
- The server sized from a load test, and a business case on your own baseline.
- One written recommendation: buy the server, run a larger pilot, or stop.
- We install Bahlul SI on a server you buy, connect your documents and link permissions to your staff accounts.
- It goes live only when it passes the test you approved, and the balance is due only then.
- Your IT team is trained to run it, with written procedures.
- SI support if your IT team runs the server: monitoring, tested updates, a monthly health check and a help desk for your IT staff.
- Managed SI operations if we run it: monitoring, updates, user support and a monthly Bangla re-test.
- Any change of model, documents or settings is tested again before it goes live.
- Several workflows, sites or system connections, built and tested.
- Chat and voice in Bangla, or forms and files read into your systems.
- Each new workflow is tested in Bangla before it goes live, like the first.

Where we are
A product being built, said plainly
Bahlul World is a company in formation in Dhaka. Bahlul SI release 1.0 is planned for June 2027, the first SI proofs for April 2027, and no Bahlul SI server is installed anywhere yet. When the company has clients, a client's name will appear here only with that client's agreement.
FAQ
Questions we are asked
Does our data leave Bangladesh?
No, not by default. The server sits in your building or in a Bangladesh data centre under your own contract, and nothing goes abroad unless you decide it should, in writing.
What does SI mean?
SI stands for Super Intelligence, Bahlul World's name for its private assistant systems. They run on open models that you can switch and are tested in Bangla on your own documents. The name is a brand, not a claim: Bahlul SI answers, finds and shows the source, and a person decides.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. A fixed set-up price and a fixed monthly fee, with no per-user or per-question charges from us. You buy the server once, from your own supplier.
Bring one workflow and ten documents
The first call is free, in Bangla or English. Tell us which documents your team searches most, and we will show Bahlul SI answering from documents like them.
