Add-ons · Skills
Staff who can use SI, and a team that can run it.
Super Intelligence (SI) only pays off when people ask it good questions and check the page it shows. The Skills add-on is Bahlul World's academy: one-day workshops for teams, an eight-week live programme for professionals, and training delivered inside funded skills programmes.
Where it starts
Three groups have to be ready
When an SI server goes live, three groups have to be ready. Leaders choose where SI helps and how to measure it. Staff ask it in Bangla or English and learn to check the source page before they act on an answer. The IT team runs the server after go-live, with written procedures.
Few organisations have all three in place when they start, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2026 and the Cyber Security Act 2026 add duties that the same people must understand. That is the gap the academy fills.
For Bahlul SI
What it does for the product
A workshop day is often sold with the product. Before an SI proof, a one-day session for managers settles which workflow to prove and what a good result looks like. When a server goes live, a day for the staff who will use it covers how to ask, how to read the source page and what to do when the answer is not there.
For an IT team that will run its own server with SI support, the programme's SI engineering track, from January 2028, teaches how Bahlul SI is indexed, tested and re-tested, so nothing is left that only Bahlul World can run.
A person still decides. Training teaches staff to check the page; it does not replace the officer who approves anything that matters.

Training without a server
You do not need an SI server to buy training. The workshop menu has eight one-day titles: four teach teams to choose and use SI, and four cover the duties and decisions around it, from data protection and phishing to incident response and the cost of hosting and cloud.
The programme runs in tracks: Applied SI from April 2027, Data Protection Officer foundation from July 2027, SI engineering from January 2028, and Cloud and Cyber from July 2028. A learner passes with at least 80% attendance and a capstone score of 60% or more, and receives a certificate of completion. It is not an accredited qualification, and we say so.
Who delivers
The academy
The academy is sponsored by the founder who co-founded an online school teaching more than 700 students a month. Workshops have two trainers. The engineers who build Bahlul SI teach the SI engineering labs, and guest practitioners from banking, law, security testing and marketing teach single sessions. A partner law firm reviews the legal content before each cohort.
The academy is new. It has no learners or graduates yet: the first free masterclass is planned for January 2027 and the first cohort for April 2027.
FAQ
Questions we are asked
How many people fit in a workshop?
About 20 a day. Hands-on workshops need a laptop for every one or two people. You provide the room, a projector and Wi-Fi, a named coordinator and the participant list five working days ahead.
What does a learner get at the end of the programme?
A certificate of completion from Bahlul World's academy, on at least 80% attendance and a capstone score of 60% or more. It is not an accredited qualification.
Can our own IT team learn to run the server?
Yes. Every server set-up ends with training and written procedures, and the SI engineering track goes deeper for the team that will run it. SI support then backs that team month by month.
