Why the prices are public
A number you can take to the board
Budgets in Bangladesh are small and approvals take time. A price that is public, in taka and fixed before the work starts is easier to approve than a quote that arrives after three meetings. Public AI tools charge per user, per month, in dollars. Bahlul SI is priced the other way round: one price for the set-up and one monthly fee, whoever uses it. The server you buy once sets how many people it serves. Each step stands on its own: stop after any of them and keep what you paid for.

What you buy directly
The server, the data centre and any cloud
We sell services only. You buy the server from a hardware supplier in Dhaka and pay any data centre or cloud provider directly, in taka. We specify the server, check it and load-test it in the SI proof before you buy.

Your team is trained to run them. Your data stays in Bangladesh by default, and the first phase uses policies and manuals, not personal data.

The rules behind the list
Five things to know before you sign
The figures are proposals for 2027. Your written quote states the price, the VAT rate and the payment terms, and the quote is what binds.
- Prices rise 6% each January. The 2028 list is the 2027 list plus 6%, rounded.
- We ask for 40% on signing and the balance on completion. For a server set-up, the balance is due only when it passes the test you approved. Monthly offers are invoiced each month; programme seats for individuals are paid before the start.
- You buy hardware and cloud directly, in your own name and in taka. Our prices cover our own work and any specialist firm we bring in, such as the certified testing firm for a penetration test.
- VAT is added on top at the rate the law sets for each service: the published rates are 5% on IT-enabled services and 15% on consultancy, and the quote states which applies. If your organisation deducts tax at source, the quote shows that too.
- Fixed scope, fixed fee. A first engagement is never on day rates, and extra work is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts.
FAQ
Questions we are asked
Why are the prices called proposals?
Bahlul World is a company in formation, and the 2027 list is what we propose to charge. The price in your written quote is the one that binds, and it holds for that engagement even if the list changes.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. One set-up price and one monthly fee, whoever uses it. A larger group means a larger server, bought once from your supplier, not a bigger bill from us.
What does it cost per user?
A worked example: a Department server for 300 named users, supported for three years. Hardware at BDT 17 to 22 lakh, the set-up at BDT 14 lakh and SI support of about BDT 34 lakh over three years, with the 6% rises, come to about BDT 65 to 70 lakh. That is BDT 600 to 650 per user a month.
When do we pay?
40% on signing and the balance on completion. For a server set-up, the balance is due only when the server passes the test you approved. Monthly offers are invoiced each month; programme seats for individuals are paid before the course starts.
What about VAT and tax deducted at source?
Prices are before VAT. VAT is added at the rate the law sets for the service, 5% on IT-enabled services or 15% on consultancy as published, and the quote states the rate. If your organisation deducts tax at source, the quote shows the amount.
What if we stop after a step?
You keep what you paid for: the briefing's notes and demo, the proof's test set and scored report, or the server with its index and settings. No later step is owed.
